Deposit & payment Policy:
A credit card number will be required to secure a reservation. The amount of the 1st night will be charged as a security deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy
A full refund will be made in case of cancellation of the reservation 72 hours prior 2pm of the day of arrival

Cancellation of “advance purchace” and “long stayer” bookings
A full refund is possible within 48 hours of the reservation. After this time the payment is non refundable. A date change is possible subject to availability and subject to a rate difference where applicable. Revised 08/10/2019.

Children of any age are welcome.
Ages between 0 to 2 years are considered infants with no additional charge
Ages between 2 to 12 years are considered children rate.
Children above 12 years are considered adults.
A proof of ID will be requested during check-in and in case of age discrepancy a charge equivalent to the adult rate will be billed.
